Absolute Perfection! Highly Recommended! I recently visited the KFC outlet in Kothamangalam, and I must say it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was welcoming, energetic, and spotlessly clean. The food, as always, was finger-licking good! The chicken was incredibly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and served piping hot. The French fries and burgers were perfectly prepared, maintaining the high quality and standard that KFC is known for. Exceptional Leadership & Customer Service However, what truly made this visit exceptional was the outstanding customer service, especially from the Store In-charge, Mr. Riyas P.A. My introduction to Mr. Riyas happened under rather challenging circumstances. I had visited the outlet with my family, and upon placing our order, one of the staff members informed us that it would take at least two hours for the food to be served. Hearing this, Mr. Riyas immediately intervened. He took charge of the situation, personally ensured that our order was prepared swiftly, and handed it over to us neatly packed in no time. This incident truly highlighted what an incredible person and professional he is. His exceptional leadership skills, warm hospitality, and genuine care for guests turned a potentially disappointing situation into a memorable experience. His professional attitude was clearly reflected in how smoothly the entire outlet was running. Even during peak hours, Mr. Riyas was actively managing the floor, ensuring that every customer was attended to promptly. His polite behavior, welcoming smile, and dedication to customer satisfaction genuinely touched my heart. The rest of the staff members were also courteous and attentive. Once Mr. Riyas stepped in, the entire process became seamless, and the service was lightning-fast. If you are in Kothamangalam and craving some amazing fried chicken along with top-notch service, this KFC outlet is the place to go. Kudos to Mr. Riyas P.A. and the entire team for doing a phenomenal job. I will definitely be a regular visitor here! Keep up the fantastic work! ✍️ Note to Management On a constructive note, I would like to bring a couple of management’s attention to the parking facilities at this location: Limited Parking Space: The designated parking area can only accommodate around 3 to 5 vehicles at a time. Due to this constraint, many customers are forced to park their vehicles on either side of the main road, which can be inconvenient and risky during peak hours. Steep Incline/Ramp Issue: The entry and exit points connecting the road to the parking lot have a sharp incline. There is a very high chance for vehicles, especially low-clearance models like sedans, to scrape their undercarriages while entering or exiting the premises. I kindly request the management to look into this and consider leveling or smoothing out the entrance ramp to prevent any accidental damage to customer vehicles. Improving the parking layout or providing assistance would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.
